Kuro Games has built a reputation for actively listening to the community and their latest developer announcement is another indication of that, adding much-requested features and mechanics to the game, including – 120 FPS support, Resonator Showcase, character unlocking and much more. many of which are still missing from Genshin Impact. Wuthering Waves 1.2 will add many great QoL features to the base game, including the long awaited 120 FPS support. Here are all the updates revealed in the Wuthering Waves 1.2 dev notes.

In addition to the QoL updates, Wuthering Waves will also give the 5-star Resonator Xiangli Yao for free in the second phase of WuWa 1.2. Although they haven't shared much information about the event and have asked players to wait for further announcements.

Wuthering Waves version 1.2 is expected to be released on August 15, 2024, as the previous version ends on that date. Kuro Games has not confirmed the release date for the upcoming version 1.2, but you can expect it around August 15th. Version 1.2 will also feature the two new 5-star resonators – Zhezhi and Xiangli Yao, in the featured gatherings.
