If you're a fan of gacha games like Honkai: Star Rail or the famous Genshin Impact, you'll find Wuthering Waves pretty cool! It is available for free on PC and mobile devices (Android and iOS).
Update 1.1 of Wuthering Waves called Thaw of Eons has just been released. It added two new resonators to the game which are Jinhsi and Changli. Since these resonators are quite powerful, previous lists of resonators are no longer accurate. That's why this guide gives you an up-to-date list of resonator levels.
The level list is divided into 5 levels with "S" being the best and "D" being the worst. Keep in mind that this tier list is by no means absolute. But you will find it quite comfortable as it is based on actual field performance. The level list is given below:
