Game of Thrones Prequel Series: Aegon The Conqueror | HBO is giving the fans what they want!?

With the success of Game of Thrones and House of the Dragon, fans are clamoring for more Westeros-related series. The HBO prequel already gave a glimpse into the history of the Targaryen Civil War, but another development project, Aegon's Conquest, will trace the story of the first Targaryen ruler of the Seven Kingdoms.

However, it seems that many fans are hungry for another epic story centered around Robert's rebellion. For starters, this is the war that eventually led to the creation of Game of Thrones.

Aegon's Conquest is a planned spinoff series based on George RR Martin's novel, Fire & Blood. The project is still in its early stages, as House of the Dragon showrunner Ryan Condal confirmed to Entertainment Weekly that "people pick my brain all the time. It's very early, but we'll see."
