How Toyotarou's Changes to Dragon Ball Scripts Make Them Even More Loved by Readers.
How to draw manga like Akira Toriyama's Dragon Ball
Dragon Ball may be the brainchild of Akira Toriyama, but it is not the product of a single person. In addition to his assistants, Toyotarou, the editor of Dragon Ball, has made some of the biggest contributions to the manga.
If anyone knows Dragon Ball as much as Toriyama (if not more), it's Toyotarou. Over the years of working together, the editor and writer have created an unbreakable bond that ultimately benefits Dragon Ball readers.
In an interview with Akira Toriyama, Toyotarou was asked if he added his own ideas to Dragon Ball while turning the author's original draft into a finished manga. Toyotarou calmly admitted that he did indeed add things to the draft.
