Zenless Zone Zero places all of its characters into a variety of categories that define their fighting styles and types, making it so that each character's role doesn't need to be explained.

You can actually just learn what all the icons mean and understand what a character is doing with a quick glance. This ranges from their basic roles, such as who is a support unit and who is an attack unit. But it also includes other things, like what elemental damage they deal and what attack types they have.
